The Bronx and Upper Manhattan are not what they used to be 30 to 40 years ago. The same can be said for many cities throughout the country. A lot has changed and more is coming. No matter how anyone feels, the change is here and now, it's not waiting, it may slow down from time to time but it isn't showing signs of stopping.

Residential multifamily, mobile home parks, senior living facilities or self storage real estate.
